Pegasus Mail may not be included in any package designed for this purpose, whether free or otherwise, nor may vendors of such packages use the "Pegasus Mail" trademark or other related material in the promotion of their package. This e-mail message and the fax that accompanies it to your fax number are to be construed as formal, legal notification that you are acting in breach of our terms and conditions. We require you to remove the Pegasus Mail software from your package or service and to remove all references using the "Pegasus Mail" trademark from your promotional material. We hope you will willingly respect our copyright and intellectual property rights, but in the event that you decide not to do so, please be advised that we have retained legal counsel in the United States and will pursue violation of our terms and conditions aggressively. The association between unsolicited bulk e-mail and Pegasus Mail is causing our reputation considerable damage and we will take all necessary steps to protect our good name.
